Brush-off is a term that describes the finishing technique that creates a two-tone effect on the leather. This is a full-finish leather that has layers of color built up on the grain. The top layer can be removed to reveal a different color underneath. Popularly used among luxury fashion brands, the end result is a leather that lends itself to elegant finished goods.

This Les Rives leather has an extremely smooth finish on the grain. The leather is flexible and mailable, but with a medium/firm temper. Due to the full finish, this leather is water resistant, and the finished goods can simply be wiped clean.
