Cut Leather Panels
Dublin is tanned using our Cordovan vegetable tanning liquor formulas which are over 100 years old. Within the tanning process, the leather incorporates a richer blend of oils and waxes than traditional vegetable tanned leathers, which results in a leather that will age beautifully. In our finishing department, the Dublin leather is infused with a rich blend of natural waxes and then ironed to create a smooth surface with a rich tonal appearance that showcases the natural grain.

The most rustic version of the Essex line, Derby is a vegetable tanned infused with a rich blend of waxes and tumbled to emphasize the natural highs and lows in the leather. It is more rugged version than Dublin leather and displays a softer temper. The leather is highly distressed and exhibits a rugged appearance as a result of the tumbling process. Derby exhibits great tonality with a rich pull up and will age beautifully by developing a rich patina.
