Choose from two types: WITH TACK or WITHOUT TACK
WITHOUT TACK
8064 UPH Football: This is the version recommended for accessories and leather goods. 8064 does not have tack and has an additional top to provide some protection against scratching and color transfer.
WITH TACK
864 Football: Official Football leather has a tack, which allows for better gripping. This is achieved through a process called Tanned in Tack®, which infuses the tack into the leather. This is not recommended if you’re using for leather accessories, as its main application is footballs. Additionally, the leather with tack will have a greater degree of color transfer as compared to the 8064 line. This is due to the tack migrating to the surface of the leather and displacing the dyes used to create the color.
